Rozemarijn van der Veen

Rozemarijn van der Veen obtained her Bachelor's degree in Molecular Life Sciences at the Radboud University Nijmegen in 2018. During her Bachelor thesis she worked on the cell penetrating peptide-based delivery of antisense oligonucleotides in fibroblasts of Myotonic Dystrophy Type 1 patients. Currently, as part of the Molecular Mechanisms of Disease (MMD) Master's programme, she is doing her first Master's internship at the department of Physiology. Here she will work on the structure-function relationship of the transient receptor potential vanilloid (TRPV) family, specifically TRPV1 and TRPV5.
